UPDATES!!!!
As many of you are aware, Extravaganza is happening this year like never before. Splitting the event
into two separate weekends for sports and talent will bring on many wonderful opportunities along with
several changes. Please see the list below for IMPORTANT changes and reminders:

General Information:
1) Dinner is NOT included Friday night, so eat on your own before you come
2) Students who are paid registrants for Sports Extravaganza will be able to attend
Talent Extravaganza at no extra charge. If a student chooses to only attend Talent Extravaganza,
the cost will be $45.
3) Lunch for spectators and sponsors will cost $10
4) Forms should be postmarked by October 20th 2011. Forms postmarked after that will
incur a $10 late fee. Youth Pastors/ Youth Workers please send in ONE CHURCH CHECK
with an Itemized list of who the check covers If possible, please send the forms and check in one
mailing.

Tournament Information
1) Students will only be allowed to compete in a total of 2 sporting events, with the exception of
swimming and 5k.
2) There are three ways to enter into a sport’s tournament .*
A. Individual –we place you on a team
B. Partial Team – begin building your own team and we will fill in the rest
C. Full Team –Bring your own full team to compete
3) If at all possible, please refrain from bringing large groups of walk ups, as this will negatively
impact the brackets for our tournaments. Remember OCTOBER 20th is the deadline!
4) The weekend schedule along with contact information for all coaches is located over to the right.
